After Commencement, everything changed. Best friends and loved ones dispersed to begin their lives. I remained in the big city working a 9-5 and searching for a hobby to ease the stress of a tightened pocket book and life in the real-world. As one special friend regularly came to visit, he brought something new to taste and share. This became a ritual. Every week we poured a new wine (or beer) chosen by our sheer curiosity.
